A proposal of love ended in arrests for a couple in New York City on Wednesday.

The unidentified pair, dressed in black and wearing masks, climbed 1,453 feet to the top of the Empire State Building where news choppers caught the exhilarating proposal on video.

They could be seen hanging a banner from the skyscraper that read “when the power of love beats the love of power the world knows peace”.
