Simple mods:

Hobbywing Fusion SE 1800KV
OGRC brass rings (front)
RC4WD ARB differential covers
Flysky GT5 transmitter + BS-6 receiver
Driver: Willie Nelson
Ali Express spot lights with KC stickers from RC4WD
Ali Express front and rear shackles

Keeping it stock other than the mods.
Really like the stock Mickey Thampson Baja tyres and Raceline Daytona beadlock wheels. The Bajas as you will see have sufficient grip and the foams are just right for this lightweight rig.
