Reba McEntire was making her Grand Ole Opry debut in 1977 when she was told they had to take one of her songs because Dolly Parton had just arrived.

But Reba didn’t mind at all. Her response? “She can have both of them. Can I meet her?”

A memorable story about Reba’s excitement at the chance to meet one of her biggest country music idols. ????❤️
